You get the best possible rate when booking directly, not available through any other websites or agencies. Our prices are final, with no hidden costs, and include all of the following: Tourist tax, Air conditioning, High-Speed WiFi (wireless internet), Bed linen, Towels, Soap, Water and Electricity, and a Fully equipped kitchen. Final cleaning service cost is 40€ and charged per stay.
We provide pet bed and pet bowls for your furry friend 
After your booking request is approved, you confirm it by paying a 30% deposit to our account (subject to a minimum of 100€). The remaining balance is due in cash no later than 24 hours after your arrival (check-in). If you would prefer to pay the balance via bank, we need to have the funds in our account no later than 7 days before your arrival.
Sorry, but we do not accept credit cards currently at the premises, although you can pay us with a credit card via our Stripe account in advance only, subject to a transaction fees.
